Application Guidelines

There is only one application form for all performance categories. Please read these rules carefully before filling out the form.

The Primary Contact Person should ideally be the artist or band representative, who will be the main point of contact for all future communications regarding their submission. The email and phone number provided will be used for all correspondence.

Upon successful submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the Primary Contact Person and also forwarded to all listed band members or managers.

The contact details of the Rights Holder (artist/manager/label) may be published in the festival program if the performance is selected, to allow media and industry professionals to connect.

Please do not use ALL CAPS when filling out the form. Use proper capitalization, e.g., “The Groove Collective”, not “THE GROOVE COLLECTIVE”.

The application form is optimized for desktop/laptop use. Avoid filling it out on mobile devices to prevent submission errors.

This is a multi-stage form. You can save progress by clicking ‘Save Work and Finish Later’ before submission.

Mandatory fields must be filled. If a field does not apply to you, write ‘NA’ (Not Applicable) instead of leaving it blank.

Application Fee: The application will only be considered after payment of the required application fee.
